I am not enough

I am not enough

I am not strong enough

I am not wise enough

I am not enough

The story we tell ourselves.

Sometimes this can be really positive. It can highlight the skills you need to gain.

Sometimes this can be negative.

When it stops you doing what you CAN do

How to respond

  • DOMINANT

That voice is going to sit down and be quiet. This can work well in a short moment, for example when you are nervous, just before going on stage.

  • MAKE FRIENDS

Hear the voice, and respond with, “It’s okay, I see you, It’s going to be alright”

  • USE THE STRENGTH

What is the voice telling you? How can you use this to become stronger? This is my favourite response because by understanding your vulnerability, you can connect with others who may feel the same way.

Show Your Work

Construction work in Courchevel. There also seems to be a story about a little red digger that didn’t believe she was enough. Maybe a quote about “mountains are moved one stone at a time”.

Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop to make the diggers and safety netting red & vibrant.
